From the beginning of the company's establishment to the present, our company has been implementing a very strict production inspection system. We usually have three inspection processes in total to ensure that the product quality is qualified and approved for shipment.
The first inspection comes right after we got the raw material, (normally our production department will purchase the material soon after our sales department confirm the order, and it'll take 510days till we received the material.). The first inspection is mainly for raw materials. QC will check whether the color, gram weight, textures and quantity of the raw materials meet the order requirements. If there is any problem, the raw material supplier will be notified in time for re-production.
Druhá kontrola proběhla při zahájení sériové výroby. Každá výrobní linka bude požádána, aby nejprve vyrobila před{0}}výrobní vzorky a QC před-výrobní vzorky zkontroluje. Druhá kontrola slouží hlavně k potvrzení, že předvýrobní vzorky správně splňují požadavky objednávky, tímto způsobem se můžeme ujistit, že všechny výrobní linky budou přísně dodržovat požadavky objednávky.
The third inspection is always come after the mass production (and before the loading). Our QC department will do the final inspection for the product's style, quality, quantity, function and packing. We will ensure that all details comply with customer requirements and ensure that the product quality is qualified before arranging shipments.
Zde přikládám snímky, které byly pořízeny při třetí kontrole. U této šarže jednorázových přikrývek je dnes ráno právě dokončena sériová výroba a proces balení, naše QC okamžitě odpoledne zajistila závěrečnou kontrolu zásilky. Ať už se jedná o barvu, materiál, množství nebo zkoušku tahem a vodotěsnou zkoušku, tato šarže produktů prošla testem dokonale a může být schválena k odeslání.
